Sugar Scrub
Sugar scrub feels different than salt scrub as the Turbinado sugar is a coarser grit. The sugar scrub contains natural glycolic acid, which helps remove dead skin cells. SilkBody Spa sugar scrub exfoliates, moisturizes and smoothes your skin as well as uplift and relax your skin. An advantage of the sugar scrub is not worrying about the scrub stinging your legs after you shave. You can apply the sugar scrub before going to the tanning salon. Our sugar scrub is a wonderful product for body cleansing. Sugar scrubs are gentler on the skin and are a great choice for people who are not familiar with scrubs or for those with sensitive skin. If your skin is dry, use the sugar scrub once a week for a healthy glow or up to three times a week for oily skin. Scrubs are excellent for exfoliating and softening your elbows, heels and knees.
Scrubs are not meant to be used on the face or near the eyes. Due to the slippery nature of the oils in sugar scrubs, care should be taken when entering and exiting the tub. SilkBody Spa recommends using a non slip bath mat. You may sprinkle baking soda in the shower or tub floor prior to using scrubs or glows to help with the absorption of dropped oils. Wiping the shower or tub floor down after use is suggested.
